Bow roller - C&C35

I have been surprised by the absence of a bow-roller on the C&C35MkIII. Does anyone know how a bow-roller can be retro-fitted to one of these boats?

Bow roller - C&C35

Boats with racing heritage (C&C''s are supposed to at least look racy) are likely to not have bow rollers. No racer would want the weight up that high or out that far forward. His anchor (and the 5'' of chain that helps it set properly) are down as close to the base of the mast as he can put them. Hopefully the crew remembers to tie a line to the end of the chain before dropping the anchor overboard to use it. Putting a bow roller on might be tricky. Some C&C''s (though perhaps not the C&C 35 III) have hefty aluminum castings that tie together the stem, hull and forstay, and you would not want to mess too much with that. retrofit,
