Yanmar 2QM15

I Have in the back of my garage a 2QM15 engine partly dimantled all that is missing is the injector pump. All the other parts are available and in good order, I understand the engine is obsolete and the parts are difficult to get, I also have some old Stuart Turner engines and a mass of spare parts.Contact me.

hows the water pump? I need one. Mine has died and no chance of rebuild. Please let me know. Yanmar wants $$ for a new one.

Cheers

I'm looking for a replacement instrument panel for the 2QM15. Do you happen to have that? If so, contact me off-line at two.onoak@verizon.net.

that would be a hull component--not an engine part

As to the 2qm15 starter And Cylinoid I just read an add for a New cylinoid for I think it was 34.oo plus shipping, it states it was used on a long list of manufacturers. I was doing a Yanmar parts search. There is also a company that sells starters & Alternators. I have a catalog somewhere. I have seen new complete yanmar starters but they were like 800.oo.
Parts are out there but I paid 80.oo to get my cylinoid rebuilt. so be carefull with used bilge Iron.

Do you still have the engine? Othere then Spares, I might know someone interested in the transmissison.
If you still have it I can probably use something, (When I bought the boat it was sunk.) why did you tear the engine down?
