Engine questions, Ford Lehman

Does anyone know more about the Ford Lehman diesel engines? Their history (when they were manufactured and when their run ended?), and availablity of parts? Any other tid bits?

Boat Diesel didn't have much details on the engines.

I have one in my sailboat, the 120. I don't know much about the Lehmans, but when I had a question about it American Diesel knew everything.
