Loft recommendations for sail repair?

Hi all,

Inspecting the sails for the upcoming season (as I drive in the snow this morning...) my 155% head sail is in need of repair. Torn batten pockets and a few tears less than 6 inches.

Can anybody recommend a loft that has done repairs for them that were reasonably priced, good quality, and a decent turnaround time? There are almost too many options to choose from in my research. I'm in the US but there is no one local so shipping isn't a problem.

I'm strictly a cruiser, no racing if that makes any difference. Keeping the cost down is the major concern at this point, this is probably the last season for this sail. Thank you in advance for any leads.

Fair winds,
Mike

I have used North Sails in Annapolis for repairs, cleaning, and new main. The work was always excellent and on time. Prices are competitive.

Batten pockets in a heads'l ??

I do most of my own repairs with a sailrite sewing machine. Sailcare is the company I would recommend for professional refurbishing. They will be like brand new when returned to you.

Try Rooster Sails in Alameda, CA. They specialize in repairs, it all they do.
