Gen set

Surley you must mean mm instead of cm, by the way itis only 1/3 smaller.

We are fortunate in Vancouver to be in the heart of the highest boat-per- capita region in the country, and virtually every manufacturer is well represented, both for supply and service.

Sorry, I missed the decimal points

My saying "occupying less than two-thirds the space" to me is similar to your saying "1/3 smaller".

Hi Sequitur,
Well it's 5 years on now... can you please tell me how your Fischer Panda 4kW DC unit worked out for you?

Re: DC Generator Choices

Not sure if he's going to be around to answer any time soon, but I follow his blog pretty actively. He's VERY dilligent about giving running tallies of power consumption/generation which will give you a good idea of how well the generator is meeting his power demands.

I looked back and found the page where he discusses issues with the generator a little more in depth:

Sequitur

My only gripe with the blog is that you have to wait so long for the next post!!

Hi Creedence,
I was aware of Sequitur's site, but your reply prompted me to revisit it.
Thanks for that - great read!, I'll digest further when I have more time.

Re: DC Generator Choices

Yeah, it's one of those blogs that are so packed with good stuff you end up missing quite a lot of you turn away for any length of time.
