update: moisture trapped between two gelcoat layers

I finally tried rubbing down those little blisters with fine grade wet and dry. The great majority just rubbed out!

Unfortunately, a few on the very lowest part of the topsides (almost a misnomer) at the stern did pop - and gave out the vinegary smell we all dread.

Not too many of them, though, so they''ll get the localised treatment.
