One cubic meter equals 1000 liters , or one million cubic centimeters.
36 x 60 x 116 = 250,560 cm3 (0.25056 m3)
(250,560 / 1,000,000) x 1,000 = 250.56
Hence 250.56 Litres
or 66.19 US Gallons

OK, I'll nit-pick

Those are the external tank dimensions, the volume is determined by the internal dimensions.
If the tank is made of 2 mm SS, then the theoretical volume drops to around 245 litres, in 8mm plastic it would drop to about 230 litres.

But the dimensions given may not be accurate to 2mm, the tank may bulge, it may not be filled completely, it might not empty completely but I bet 200 litres will go in and get pumped out again.

Also, the tank may have internal baffles, that would occupy some of the volume...further reducing its capacity slightly.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Let's not forget the time of year...is it hot enough to leak the meniscus out the vent?

(This is the boating version of angel counting and pinheads, isn't it?)

Go with 200 litres and you'll never run out. Ignore such medieval measures as U.S. gallons/Imperial gallons.
