Columbia 30 keel bolts

Can anyone tell me about the keel and bolts on a 1973 C30 Columbia. Are the bolts threaded into the keel or is there a flange?

You'd be better off posting a message on the Columbia forum here or at the Columbia Yatch Owners Association.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

Keel bolts

According to the Columbia 30 owners manual, the bolts are drilled and tapped into the cast iron keel.

Thanks I thought they were threaded into the keel but wasn't sure.
