Help with Ericson23 replacement parts...

I've purchased an Ericson 23, and I am getting started getting it ready to go. At this point, I have three items I'd appreciate any suggestions on, all of which I have included pictures. 1. At the base of the mast where the steel pin slides through a sleeve that holds the mast to the mast base support is a metal sleeve liner that appears to be brass or something similar. It needs replacing. What exactly is it, and where might I find a substitute? 2. The aluminum cap on the bow where the rub rails terminate has been damaged needs to be repaired. Any ideas on where to get a suitable replacement? 3. The bottom bracket that holds the rudder to the boat has small cracks radiating from it, and it is slightly loose. Should I fill the holes with epoxy and redrill? I couldn't get any of the pictures to upload. They weren't too big of files, and were in the proper format. Thanks in advance, I sincerely appreciate the help and suggestions.
