For some strange reason, there is tension on the throttle of my I/D that causes it to fall back to about 1500 rpms when I push it past that mark. It's fine at slower rpms--no noticeable tension or movement. Any thoughts?
sounds like a little engine vibration might be causing it. Mine did it at high speeds. I took the spring on the engine lever and unhooked it so there was no return. I doubt the sping will do a thing even if the cable breaks.
