Chrysler 22 How to raise swing keel

I can not find a control to raise or lower the keel.
I read you can also adjust the rudder. No luck find these controls either. I purchased recently, not that familiar with boat. Are they hidden somewhere "hard" to find? Could I have a "fixed" keel model?

There is a fixed keel version. I have a 26, and the winch for raising and lowering the center board is on the port side of the table in the cabin. As far as the rudder is concerned, most just kick up and are controlled through a line that runs through the rudder post. You may find the following two websites usefull
