Prop shaft runout tolerance

I recently aligned my tranny & prop shaft flanges & got it to within .0005. I used the proper engineering method and not just "time & patience", so I'm confident it's correct. I noticeed that my shaft runout (radial measurement by putting a dial indicator perpindicular to the shaft) is .012 total (.006 each way). What is the allowable tolerance for shaft runout?
