MD6A compression test adaptor..
For the record,
After much searching, I managed to find a compression test adaptor that fits this engine. It is TU-15-18A from AEI, inc.

From looking at the repair manuals, this adaptor might also fit a couple of other of the older Volvo diesels.

Probably work on the MD5 and MD7 engines also.
