A couple of questions:
1) Do the cables need to be run continuously, or can you put a splice in the line?
2) Are the cables mainly power cables?
While you can run all three sets of cables through a single cable clam, there's a really good chance it will leak, because it will be hard for the rubber fitting to seal around the wires properly, since there are three cables.
You can also use something like the SureSeal connectors to pass two power cables sets through the cabin top using a single cable clam.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
