Bottom Paint - Proline P30?

Does anyone have info on, or experience with, Proline P30? I've been unable to find any info on it on-line. I'm getting ready to paint the bottom over an epoxy barrier coat, and a boat yard is recommending it.

The boat is trailered, but is also in the water (So Cal) for months at a time. When in the water, I dive the bottom about twice a month and always right before races.
