You're going to need a charge controller with two 100W panels. I would recommend you buy either the BlueSky or the Outback Systems MPPT charge controller for your boat. The BlueSky is less expensive, but not as well built and not as versatile. Both will increase the efficiency of the solar panels by converting the voltage/amperage at which they operate to maximize charging output.
A brief search would have revealed many threads on solar power and charging btw.
