Try Second Wave in the Fremont area of Seattle. They sell new and used boat stuff. Call them and ask, as their website doesn't even come close to showing everything they have.
Look at Craigslist under the boating section for the cities you mentioned vancouver, BC boats classifieds - craigslist Vancouver and Seattle, they also have a Bellingham section. It's kind of random but you might get lucky and find what you are looking for.
