Atlantic yachts

Does anyone know anything about atlantic yachts? specifically the atlantic 44, it looks like it is mainly used as a charter yacht in the med. there is a couple of them out there for sail. There is an atlantic yachts website Atlantic but it's pretty hard to navigate.... just wondering if anyone knows anything about the boats or the history of the company? anybody ever charter one?
