I doubt the dye molecules are big enough to be filtered out.

Alright...well, first step will be to clean stuff up. Any suggestions on a good (inexpensive) engine cleaner/degreaser?

Come to think of it, that is what I used to use, and I also used to use their hand cleaner...that stuff seemed to work on anything! Thanks sailingdog!
