Treatment for Teak Deck

I know everyone says to leave it grey but I would like to treat the cockpit of my boat with some type of teak treatment. It is the typical overlay cockpit with caulking between each board. I would like a treatment that does not harm the caulk. I would be interested to hear from anyone that has used SEMCO, Teakguard or another similar product. I do not want to varnish because I do not ever want to have to sand the cockpit as the boards are already thin enough. Thanks.

Treatment for Teak Deck

I used SEMCO on my teak deck and I like it.
I used gold colored water repellent.
