Fresh water cooling conversion

I am considering converting my raw water cooled volvo MD 11 deisel to a fresh water system. Has anyone of you done this?

Thoughts and parts sources would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Terry,
I just finished converting my Volvo MD 11D and it works fine. I went cheap, good used parts. My heat exchange came from Merc 125, and is an older one that requires two small zincs to replaced about every 3 months. I got a used sea water pump that pumps a huge amount of seawater throught the system. The main thing I did was to sequentially think out how everything will work before to drill one hole. Just piece it all together and do it!
