I'd go with the 10 mm or 7/16" StaSet-X. The parallel polyester core is going to be lower stretch than a traditional core. However, don't use StaSet-X for sheets, since it tends to be a bit stiffer than StaSet.
If you've got the budget for it and want lower stretch, and less weight aloft, you might look at 8 mm T-900, which is a Spectra-cored line. It has a tensile strength of 7,300 lbs. vs 7,400 lbs. for the 7/16" StaSet-X, and weighs 3.2 lbs/ 100' vs. 5.9 lbs. / 100'.
