They filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which means re-organization, not liquidation.

I have 4 ports on order from them and i got nervous, so i called them and talked to the owner. Apparently the Beckson guy is suing them on a patent infringement on the rain gutters on some ports they stopped making years ago. He sounds like a real jerk off (beckson guy). All of the legal issues have caused them to run out of money. It is a clear case of someone abusing the legal system to push a competitor out of bussiness. He can't match their quality of price so he is trying to screw them! Their ports are awesome. I have 4 in already and they seem very solid. At 189 each for ss 4 by 10's it's a great deal. The ownwer assured me that they will continue on as always, so their products will still be available...

Does this mean you can still order from them? I have 12 installed on my boat and they really are very good. I forgot to buy the screens for them and am now a bit worried. First class product, no problem with the install or leaking of any kind.
