Yanmar Engine Parts

How do I get engine parts that I need for my Yanmar Diesel when my area dealer says that what I need wont be enough to meet the minumum order they need to place with their distributor?

My Yanmar mechanic keeps parts on hand. The one time I needed something he ordered it for me and it was minimal. I don't recall off hand what it was, but the most I've spent with him at any one shot is about $70.

You would think an area dealer would be able to accommodate any size order, and that some outfit who doesn't nomally do Yanmar business would have a minimum order limit.....that is bad business.
