Plastimo 240H tender

There is a Plastimo 240h tender for sale for $650.00 and I'm wondering if its any good. Its Hypalon. Anyone have any experience with Plastimo tenders?

I was looking for an Achilles LT4 but the lowest price I can find is 1100.
