Defender Update
I just wanted to give Defender an attaboy. I know they have been brought up on earlier threads but I had a problem with an order with them that they went out of their way to correct to my satisfaction. The problem arose because the catalog had an error in it. The catalog description did not match the site description. I typically read the catalog, go online and punch in the number, make sure it's the item I want and hit buy. In this case the on line description was correct but I didn't read. Me dumb. Anyway, they took the time and effort to work with me and come up with a fair solution. My hat is off to them and they continue to be my preferred supplier.
