Stainless Surface Rust Spots

Any one discover a good product to eliminare surface rust spots. My boarding ladder that came with the boat from the factory seems to be worse than the rest of the ss on board. Have used Never-Dull and a paste wax with little success !!

Ditto the Miracle cloth. Just cleaned the pulpits today.

Miracle Cloth is a good product, I have to agree. Is there any pitting in the stainless?

No pitting just surface water spots that seem to stain rusty. SS is rinsed with fresh water after each sail but still seems to appear.

Boeshield T-9 is a great product for stainless. I have used it on stainless that is has exceptional contact with water or spray. Also used it in keel bolts over the years.

I'd recommend the Miracle Cloth...one of the few products that most sailnetters agree upon. Boeshield is a good follow-up to protect the surface, but can leave it a bit sticky....

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
