Fact or Crap... battery charger

Check this product out, it sounds like the dream charger... Anyone have any thoughts on this? I was going to order one if they actually work.

Despite the marketing strategy, it is largely an unproven technology. Although I'm sure people are using them and believe they do as advertized, I'm not sure there have been any objective technical reviews. If you do try it, let us know how you evaluate it.

Pulse charging is proven and known to be a better way to charge--if done properly--because it doesn't allow gas bubbles to form in the electrolyte and that makes it more efficient than plain DC charging.

BUT. The business about preventing sulfation has never been proven to any degree.

I think BTrayfors did some actual testing on this type of stuff and found no evidence of effectiveness. Pehaps he will chime in here or you could PM him.
