Replacing a teak deck

I am getting ready to have my teak overlay deck that has gotten too thin removed and replaced with a new teak deck. Has anyone used the prefabricated system by Maritime Wood Products or the Teak Decking Systems product? The cost for those decks appears to be about the same as a yard built deck but does avoid many of the fastener holes. I am interested in any experience/advice anyone has in this process and what the thoughts are of a traditional screwed down teak deck versus a prefab glue down deck.
