floor board latches

I recently bought a new (used) boat and am interested in retro fitting some sort of latches in the floor boards to keep them in place if I get knocked down. Anyone have recommendations on specific hardware to install and where to buy. My floor boards are the standard teak/holly and range in size from about 12"X18" to maybe 18"X30" ...around 10 total. Also I have numerous panels under the settee seats covering the storage areas that are 1/2" thick painted plywood. Any suggestions on keeping them in place?

Thanks

Steve

I'm interested in this as well. I have NO floor latches, so I'm up for any suggestion that makes sense.

(careful, the pdf catalog is 45MB) more latches, handles, hooks, locks, pulls, and bits than The Gods should allow.
