Baltimore Yard/Rigger Needed

I need someone to step my mast on my Pearson 33-1 and install a step halyard organizer. I also want to upgrade my topping lift to a halyard style. Can anybody recommend a yard/rigger near the Baltimore for this job?

Thanks in advance

Oak Harbor Marina, ask for Ken or Barbara Browman, owner. They are on Rock Creek.

They are familiar with your boat as well, there are two in the marina.
