I hope this is a simple question: I have a new Racor filter. Looking at the top of the filter there are two arrows indicating inlets and one outlet (OUT). Now for the confusion. The instruction sheet shows the fuelline from the fuel tank going to the OUT and the inlet connects to fuelpump. I would think it would be just the opposite! What's right?
Maybe they included the wrong instructions. I would trust the arrows. But just to be safe you can check to see where each port goes, incoming fuel generally goes to the outside the cartridge or where the water trap is, clean fuel comes from the inside.
