HULL STAINS, HELP

I have what looks to be spotted stain on the
hull. I believe its from when they power washed my hull, this one particular area was splahed with the residue. I made an assumption that it would wash off in the spring. WRONG!!!!
I tried cleaner with a power buffer but it didn''t show any results.

Is there some chemial cleaner that can be used?

If you think the stain was caused by something oranic (alive) than a any of the hull cleaning products like On/Off, etc. would work. These cleaners are acids that mainly attack organic matter.

Try liquid automatic dishwashing soap such as "Cascade". I don''t know what''s in it, but it works great!
