Refrigeration Design (spillover)
Upgrading a Freezer/refrigerator.
I am trying to create a spillover with 1.5 inches of insulation using some type of lexan or plexiglass for the front and back. What would a good material be for the edges? I was first thinking maybe aluminum or SS (building a frams around the outside). But was wondering if the thermal conductivity would be too much betwen the 2 compartments creating too much condensation. Wood (marine Plywood), I suppose would work if I covered it in fibreglass or epoxy Am I over thinking this?
Suggestions?
