What weight Fiberglass for Bulkhead

Anyone have an idea of what weight fiberglass I should use to glass in a new bulkhead on a 23 foot boat?

I have lots of supplies I need to buy for my project , and want to try and pick some of the stuff up when I am travelling in the US over the course of the winter. Prices compared to what we pay in Canada are significantly lower for just about everything.

Are you tabbing the bulkheads in, reinforcing them, or constructing new ones?

If your simply tabbing them in, you can probaly get away with something on the light side as it is a 23' boat but I would recommend using 24oz FABMAT.

I should have been more clear in my original post. I will be using Marine grade plywood to fabricate the bulkhead and then will be tabbing it in using glass. I have a picture of it on my blog at:

That gives a good idea of what I am looking at.
