One thing I do over the winter, is release the main boom topping lift and clip it to a shroud chainplate, resting the boom on the rigid vang. The mizzen boom is removed and stored on deck, with it's topping lift also clipped to a chainplate.
The main reason for this is to reduce the number of shrinkwrap penetrations . . . but there must be additional stress relief benefits
