Removing 5200

I used 5200 for a temp. fix on my dinghy a short time ago. worked fine where the material was glued to the fiberglass bottom, for a time, but now I need to remove it and glue it proper...
I know theres something that breaks down the 3M product but cant remember what......any ideas?????

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.
