Universal M35 Heat Exchanger Replacement

There is air leaking into the raw water side demonstrated by pressure testing the fresh water side and bubbles being formed in dish soap at the vented loop.

I assume I need to change/repair the heat exchanger on my M35B. Removing and replacing the unit seems to be pretty straightforward.....a bolt on type affair.

If anyone has replaced theirs, is there anything that has a tendency to "bite you" with this procedure?

Thanks

i found elbow room was an issue when i pulled mine to replace a gasket and clean it out. i bought a set of ratcheting box end wrenches and it made it easier than it would have been.
