Propane to CNG

I''m buying a boat with a propane stove, but want to switch it out to CNG. Has anyone made this conversion?

I know all the arguments propaners will make about CNG availability and cost, so I don''t need to rehash all of that...thanks.

I currenty have a CNG stove. CNG Distributors are far and few between. I''m also looking for a CNG heater and cannot find one. All the manufactures that used to have them, or at least conversion kits, no longer carry them. If anyone knows where I can find a CNG cabin heater I''d sure like to hear from you. New or used, I''m not picky.

I''m a CNG specialist for the City fuel sites. CNG is working it''s way in real fast. I plan to change all my boat stuff over eventually. I''d go a CNG motor as well if CNG were more available. Which it is to me, but not when I retire. Anyway, Force 10 makes a CNG heater...........

I called force 10 company. They no longer make the CNG version of thier cabin heater. They don''t have any conversion kits either. Still looking!!

If they haven't found a CNG heater in the past three-and-a-half years, I doubt that they're still looking for one. Please check the dates on posts before replying to a thread, and read this post to get the most out of your time on Sailnet.
