Mast Construction

Gents,
I'm preparing to make a new attachment on my mast, but I'd like a diagram of what's in there before I start drilling holes. Do you guys have any resources (diagrams) out there on mast construction?

I have an in-mast furler. Leading edge of mast in encased and houses halyards running inside up the length of the mast for head sails. Separate compartment to aft (opening to aft for sail and furling rod/hardware.)

Who ever manufactured your mast probably is the best source there and would be the best source...In mast is a newer option and so odds are whatever make of boat you have call them up and inquire - have your HIN available to accelerate the lookup (when calling the boat manufacturer)....

If the mast is stock to the boat, call the manufacturer. If the mast as retro-fitted, call the spar manufacturer.

Sorry, off line for a while. My mast is not stock to the boat, but thanks for the direction to RigRite. I'll check them out. Marina just had a power outage and I need to shut down. Thanks, again.
