Environment friendly paint strippers

I read a good thread here about environmentally friendly paint strippers for removing bottom paint, but my search for it comes up dry. Does anyone remember that thread and can you identify it for me?
Thanks,
John

Use Interstrip and dispose of properly, it won't hurt the enviro, unless you dump it in the ocean
