Furuno Tachnical Support
I keep reading all the horror stories about lack of satisfactory technical support from suppliers. Given that, I want to commend Furuno for absolutely excellent technical support. I am having a problem activating my MaxSea AIS Viewer software. I contacted Furuno who supplied the software and have been very impressed with their response. I get well thought out responses, emails, call backs, follow-ups, and now even support from France. While the problem is not yet solved (I'm convinced it soon will be) the level of support and concern on Furuno's part is exceptional in my mind. Incidently, the problem may very well be with my laptop, not their software. Kudos to Furuno.
