Question 11lb. Fiberglass Propane Tank

Looking for an 11lb. fiberglass propane tank for Tartan 3400. Needs to be 16.6" tall x 9.1" wide to fit in locker. I've searched the net and have not found any to meet these dimensions. If unable to find, I guess I'll attatch some kind of gauge....any info or ideas on either prospect is much appreciated...

Ahhh...I think I get it now. You want a "clear" fiberglass tank so you can see the amount of propane left in it. The only small fiberglass tank I am aware of ia a 10 lb. model which is the same size as a US standard METAL 10 pounder but is bigger than your dimensions. Maybe this would work:
