I would like to install an opening port on my aluminum diesel fuel tank. Is it possible to drill holes then cut with a sabre saw an opening with out making sparks and go boom!!!!

It is possible to drill holes in your aluminum diesel fuel tank. You can then cut with a sabre saw an opening. Diesel do not explode. If you want to be sure, you can try lighting a match.

Regards
