Another option is to use a drain fisher...depending on the size of hole - they will bend the 90 degrees fairly easy.... however a cheaper solution if you have not pulled the wire - is to use dental floss...it has enough tensile strength --- punch a small hole in the insulation of the wire and tie off in a knot through the hole naturally. Pull existing wire out... repeat procedure for the new wire and pull back up...
just a suggestion and something I do to run wire on occassion in tight situations.......
