1973 Newport 19'' day-sailor Boom

I was recently givien a 1973 Newport 19'' day-sailor. I need some hardware for the boom, does anyone know anything about the boat? Is there an owners group for these old Newports?

Boats like the Newports were put together pretty much with off the shelf hardware. The two big of the original spar suppliers of that era, Dwyer and Kenyon are still in business and are on the internet. What hardware do you need?
