Help with a part name/replacement please

We recently replaced a thru hull tank vent (for holding tank) using a Moeller thru hull 90 degree elbow with screens. Had no problem finding this replacement part. However, on the outside of the hull, the exterior part of this vent is seated in a "collar" (for lack of a better term) which is damaged. It is a stainless or metal cup that I guess limits the external part of the vent from water intrusion when the toe rail is in the water or possible damage. I cannot find this cup piece anywhere. We have an S2 35 C. Does anyone know what the correct term is for this collar/sleeve/guard/cup and where I can find it? I have contacted Moeller and they don't have a clue.
Thanks!

Thanks for the info, but the Perko info didn't include the piece we need. I'll try to get a picture this weekend when we're back to the boat. The round head of the vent is what sits in the cup on the hull above the water line. Any other thoughts?

No - they are not too expensive. One of West Marine's bigger suppliers.
