Check your Raymarine owner's manual. I bet there is a NMEA output word for "alarm" (ALM or something similar). If you get or have an NMEA compatible device that will read/respond to ALM it might be as simple as hooking the two together (like a hailer, marine radio, or possibly your ICOM SSB).
