Yanmar Fuel Pump Assembly
I replaced a leaking Fuel PUmp assembly today - on advice of David and after when I tried to tighten the outlet it became stripped. But, I got a brand new one - the old one had a spring in it - the new one did not.
It still leaks and for $106 bucks - I kinda hoped that the problem would be solved. Is it ok to use the teflon fuel tape (above the hole for the fuel suction in the bolt). The problem has to get fixed as I want to have the CO2 / Fuel detector running and as of right now it just goes off anytime its plugged in...
