I got my Blue Seas panels here on Sailnet (AC and DC). Don't know of any other brands, though I'm sure there must be some.

Blue Sea is the best, hands down.

You know what the first rule of sailing is? ...Love. You can learn all the math in the 'verse, but you take
a boat to the sea you don't love, she'll shake you off just as sure as the turning of the worlds. Love keeps
her going when she oughta fall down, tells you she's hurting 'fore she keens. Makes her a home.

I installed a Blue Sea DC panel and I certainly think they are of excellent quality. I would chose Blue Sea panel again if I had to do it all over. And pretty good customer service too - when I called them for additional panel labels, they sent those things to me for free. It's not any amount of money worth talking about (compared to the price of the panel) but "it's the thought that counts"

FWIW I spent a while looking for a new panel (this was part of a complete rewire of my boat and rebuild of electric system) and Blue Sea panels were definitely the best in convenience, ease of installation and features. I know I sound like a paid advertisement here - but hey, sometime a product is actually good.

theartfuldodger is an unknown quantity at this point
Blue sea is a great product and well proven, would suggest though to get digital meter displays, not analog
